Applying an Atom Tickets Promo Code
- Visit the Atom Tickets website and browse for your favorite movie.
- Choose your theater, day, and showtime, then pick the seats you’d like.
- Go to the payment page, fill your info and continue to the confirm screen.
- Look for the box labeled Promo Codes or Gift Card. Type in your code and click Apply to see your discount.
- Complete your transaction to finalize your order, and you’re all set for movie night!
Troubleshooting Tips if Your Atom Tickets Promo Code Isn’t Working
- Check the code carefully – make sure there are no extra spaces, spelling mistakes, or incorrect capitalization.
- Confirm the code is valid – ensure it hasn’t expired or been used already.
- Review the terms and conditions – some codes may require a minimum purchase, apply only to certain theaters, or exclude specific products.

Atom Tickets’ Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, you can cancel up to 30 minutes before showtime right from the Atom app or website. Just remember that special events like drive-ins or private screenings may have their own rules, so it’s always good to double-check.
When you cancel, you’ll get to choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus fees) or Atom Cash, which gives you the full amount back including fees. Refunds usually show up in 3–5 business days, or a little longer if you paid with a third-party service like PayPal or Apple Pay.
Once the showtime has started, cancellations and refunds aren’t available. And if you used a promo code or discount, you can reuse it as long as it’s still valid.
