The clothing itself is acceptable quality but their delivery carrier is about as bad as it gets. It's always the same company and I've never had better luck with any other shipper. Packages either disappear or show up at a completely different address. Still waiting on my refund and still waiting for someone to tell me where my package went. No clue why they keep using this carrier after all my complaints. Almost every single order has shipping issues. It's absolutely unacceptable.

The problem is clearly a glitch between their payment and fulfillment systems leaving customers constantly having to prove they own their own card for nothing. Yeah it's a cheap order but the time investment required to complete a basic transaction became absolutely ridiculous. I spent so many hours talking to support and resubmitting the same documents.

They have some good useful products I'd buy way more of except they bombard you with constant promotional offers that get in the way of actually placing orders. Absolutely terrible. Scams all over the place along with deceptive advertising. Social media posts promise free electronics by the dozens but clicking through requires spending hundreds. The company has a questionable history with spyware lawsuits too. Products are low quality junk. There's also way too much inappropriate merchandise and adult costumes that shouldn't be marketed to young users of the app. Just don't order from here.

Just awful. This place is loaded with scams and misleading ads everywhere. You'll see posts all over social media claiming you can grab 50 free laptops, but once you click through you're forced to spend 500 bucks on stuff. Plus the company's got a sketchy background with lawsuits over spyware issues. Their products are straight up bad quality or just junk in general. The site's also packed with inappropriate items and costumes that kids definitely shouldn't be seeing. Steer clear and shop somewhere else.
