Temu Return and Refund Policy

No problems with Temu

No problems with Temu, never had a problem with returning a item, or with refunds for damaged items, they are far better than aliexpress (I have had a few problems with aliexpress when it comes to refunds).

Temu is a poor company

12/11/25 Temu is a poor company, I don't care how cheap their items are. If you need to return item(s), they don't give you your $$ back, they give a Temu credit, so you're forced to order again to use up your $$. I filed a complaint w/CT Consumer Protection, once I forwarded my letter from Consumer Protection to Temu, they refunded my money.

False claims for discounts and free gifts

My biggest complaint is that they keep telling me i have credits that have been unused. I am finding I have to place another order to use these credits. when I get to the shopping cart those credits are not there. My free gifts are not there. I never expected great quality items because of the prices. I have ordered some things that i was surprised at the quality. Mostly shirts. Another complaint is how many texts and emails they send to me in a days time. Parting ways with them after i get my last delivery.

I have purchased a large item it was…

I have purchased a large item it was delivered in two large boxes that needs a van as they would not fit in a car. I was told to take the item that was incorrectly supplied to the post off when the item would not fit into my car. After weeks of trying to explain this to them they finally said they would collect the item as they would not refund me until the item was returned. I waited in all day and no one turned up. Then they apologised and offered me £25 vouchers for wasting a day of my life. Who works for £25 day joke. Then they gave me a new collection date and they turned up at 5.30 in the evening. After paying in full £275 they would not refund my funds until the item was returned. It’s 10 weeks now l contacted them they said the item was not collected and would not refund me.They arranged the collection and told me it’s not been collected and l chased them at 5 pm to say no has turned up again. They are holding on to my money for delivering the the wrong item.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never showed up. Don't be lied to and disappointed.

I placed four orders at the beginning of November 2025. I spoke with agents multiple times who assured me my packages have been mail and they've had them rushed and now, 6 weeks later I've only received one. It was all birthday party decorations and came a week too late. The other three have tracking numbers but Canada post never received the packages. They did finally refund after weeks of lies. Such a huge disappointment.

Got on deals on here ordered a few tracksuits which have been good , some items are average such as electrical items like kettles . Have been surprised how good some things are can’t understand all the bad reviews 😊

Very dishonest company

Very dishonest company. At the top of every page it says Free Delivery. Then when you check out it says Minimum Spend £25 (this has increased alot) AND alot of the items come from other traders who charge separate postage. It's just sneaky and dishonest practice. Be warned.

False Shipping info and package delay

Purchashed orders about 5 days apart. They chose to hold my previous orders for a couple of days to ship them all together with YanWen. It has been 8 days it says at Yanwen facility and no update. I purchased on sale items. I reached out multiple times for lack of movement on my purchase. After the third time, directly when I reach out, they update the package on temu as in transit but on YanWen it still shows in the warehouse. They are changing status to fool customers. There is no movement.

Will not refund for missing parcel

On the 4th December Temu said my parcel has been delivered. It hadn't. There is no tracking photo, just a number. So I don't even know where it went to. I definitely haven't had it handed to me. The worst part is they are refusing to refund me £101.46 and that it is full of gifts for my daughter's for Christmas. I now don't have time to order more and I certainly do not have another £101.46 to throw away! They've asked me to prove I haven't received it. How???? How on earth do I prove I haven't got a parcel? It isn't here! They even asked me to send a photo if my front door. Of which I did. But to no avail. This was the second parcel that was not delivered! The first one a few days prior of £54 was refunded straight away with no issues. Shoddy delivery service who leave parcels anywhere. Doesn't matter if it's at someone else's house or just on the street. On both occasions I was home all day and no one knocked the front door. I am absolutely gutted I put my trust in Temu! Order at your own risk and definitely do not order anything that is for a special occasion! You will be left deeply disappointed!

TEMU HAS GONE DOWN THE SHITTER.

I have been using Temu since they first launched in Canada but I must say I will not be using anymore. Excited that they brought in local warehouses and a few of the items came with in a couple of days, however I now see they lie on the site it tells you local warehouse and under orders it shows waiting in a flight to leave a different country!!!! I have no trust or faith in liars. I have also found most of the products are cheap do break fast and are not as described. Their customerservice is non existent and whatever the advertised price is my card is charged more. TEMU YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!!

Never Trust Temu 👎

I ordered lots of items but most of the items were damaged and you guys can have a look those in my previous reviews on Temu App...!!!This time Unfortunately I ordered couple more items because I thought may be Temu improved But it was a big Mistake of mine...Just look at my Order Date and the Status of my Order...I ORDER FOR MY KIDS TO DECORATE THE CHRISTMAS PARTY...U GUYS SPOILED EVERYTHING...I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TEMU TO ANYONE AND LET EVERYONE KNOW MY WORST EXPERIENCE...SO DISAPPOINTED 😞 👎

Don't waste your time to complain as the customer is never right!!!

I have been buying from Temu for a long time and I can honestly say that most of my purchases have been fine and temu have normally resolved any issues I've had only I think all the customer service/support teams have been sacked and they've moved a bunch of idiots in their place!!! It's not so much the money but the principle of it also the state I received my item in it's the lack of any common sense when temu are investigating as they only listen to what both the seller and courier tells them your proof or comments don't matter!!! The courier was Evri, which says a lot, and I ordered a large box of Walkers crisps and we only found out they had been delivered as a neighbour knocked, as the courier definitely didn't, to let us know it was placed there and not delivered as I never go out due to medical issues and Evri know this and not to leave parcels unattended and to hand anything to us directly!!! On bringing it in we seen that two sides of the box were torn that bad that packets of crisps had either fallen out or Evri staff had helped themselves as over a quarter of the contents were missing and the proof of delivery photo he/she took they had turned the box around to try and hide the damage but you can plainly see there is damage which coincides with the 4 pictures I took and sent with my issue!!! Three times temu sent my issue back to the seller for review who obviously declined it as I wanted a full refund and the fourth time I spoke to I think it was Bobo the clown as he said the delivery went fine as no issues were reported by the seller or the courier to which I replied that if there was this much damage and you knew about would you as the driver report it when there could be a chance of him/her losing their job I don't think so!!! As I stated there was over a quarter of the box missing and Bobo was very kind, NOT, and offered me 0.69p as compensation which comes nowhere near to the cost of what I lost and told me I could return it for a refund if it's in its original state well I ask you how the heck am I supposed to do that??? Joke of a company so think twice before using this platform!!!

Customer service at Temu needs a lot of…

Customer service at Temu needs a lot of attention. Ordered 6 garlands for Christmas and only received 2. Temu sided with the seller and refused to do anything about it. The remaining garlands have now magically arrived days later with a different delivery driver. Don’t appreciate being made out to be a liar, especially considering I had cctv footage of the incomplete order arriving. Maybe you should listen to your customers that purchase from you rather than the suppliers/couriers that were at fault on this occasion. Incredibly disappointed and reluctant to order in future.

It's similar to Aliexpress but I think…

It's similar to Aliexpress but I think it has more variety of products. Personally I like this store, cuz the prices for some products are much more cheaper comparing to the offline store prices; sometimes even the quality is better for a lower price. I'd like to rate it for 5 stars, but 1 toy for my cat broke in ~10 min. Not a big deal, it's just a $3

Dodgy as it gets!

I placed an order and the price of each item was higher when I received the confirmation. I had suspected so, so I took pics from Cart before order confirmation this time. I make bigger orders so maybe they think i just wont notice? I go to cancel things and they only refund the cart price which is cheaper. Have canceled all order, hopefully it works out. Convenient but crooked. No more Temu for me....
