NEXCOM is continuously evolving to meet the demands of today’s military operational environment.

NEXCOM Price Matching Policy

This policy ensures that customers never pay more than they need to. The NEX will match the price on any item that meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be identical as the one sold at NEX - the same brand, model number, manufacturer, size, and specifications, and in-stock at both NEX and the competitor.

For Softlines, an identical item does not have to be the same size or color, as long as it is the same brand and style.

  • The item you want to price match must be new (not used, refurbished or being liquidated).

  • The price is advertised by a local brick-and-mortar retailer or a qualifying e-commerce site.

  • The customer requests the match at the time of purchase or within 14 days of buying the item at NEX.

If you purchased from myNavyExchange.com, you must contact the e-commerce team for price match requests. Store locations will not process price adjustments for online orders.
