To process a return, you should obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase for items that are new and unused with the original packaging, or for defective products.
If an item is defective or the wrong item is received, Primary Arms will cover return shipping. In cases where customers change their mind, they pay return shipping.
Primary Arms Optics come with a 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Within 90 days, you can try them out and return for a refund or store credit unless satisfied.
