My Red Lobster Rewards is available to be used at all Red Lobster restaurants in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and Guam) by all U.S. residents who are the age of majority in their home state (usually 18 years old).
The Rewards Program has three tiers of membership - Red, Gold and Platinum. The higher tier will offer the bigger rewards.
