I had my hosting from tsohost transferred. They recently told me my renewal was due but they made a mistake and gave an extra month as goodwill, that allowed me to transfer host.Today I received an email saying they made a mistake and the renewal is actually April 2027. So I have paid a year sooner than I needed to.

Whilst they are brilliant at answering the phone, I have now been calling every day for two weeks as access to my microsoft apps has stopped all of a sudden although i paid 5 years in advance, they keep telling me it will be resolved "today". i get emails saying an issue has been resolved but it isn't the one I raised. There is no escalation process or complaints department, just the call centre who pass on your requests to someone that you have no contact with.

123 Reg put the domain I purchased as an auto re-newal. I was given notice of the re-newal the same day they took the money from my account, and then they refused to refund me saying refunds are not possible. Be careful when you sign up with them, it feels like this is an easy way to scam a second purchase from customers.

123-reg have never been great, but they just keep on getting worse. Their 'professional' email has gone down frequently for multiple users and every experience with their customer service team results in being gaslit. I've put up with a poor experience for years because they (were) cheap, but it's not worth the price. Don't go with them - it's not worth it

On behalf of my daughter I have been with 123-reg for a long time. They once mistakenly sold me a domain for £15.00 when it was worth £1500. Yes! I'm not making this up. Dialogue followed and contrary to the opinions of my friendly armchair lawyers I arranged the return of their domain name. Their refund was blisteringly fast. The other day I allowed a domain to lapse. I was asked to pay a redemption fee which I couldn't disagree but I took the liberty of asking for a waiver. The waiver wasn't agreed but I was offered extra time for free which I did accept. Now as we know 123-reg support are able to make transactions on the basis of a PayPal account mandate in their favour. So the setup, not made by me included 5 yrs of service which I hadn't agreed and a substantially bigger invoice than I had expected. Of course I pointed this out immediately to the support lady who was handling it, who immediately escalated it to management. The fiasco is still ongoing. No communication has been made, (yet promised), by the management and no one on the first line support can attract their attention and, "They've got my money".Now those of you who know me and my scribbles, know that I always prefer to encourage, negotiate and generally upbuild. Where I balk with this is not with support (mostly Romanians from a beautiful part where I have travelled for 35 years), but the disinterested management who appear to be somehow offline and one support person who felt that threatening suspension if I took action, might accomplish some result. Well it did. Not necessarily on which he wantedI am now transferring to other providers . I need to make safe for my daughter's future business. I cannot risk the possibility of their threats becoming reality and 123-reg suspending the account for an issue with one item, nor do I accept threats being directed towards her at some later date. I can always ask the small claims court about the money, but the scary behaviour for my daughter is not my happy place. It's sad but too risky

We have had 3 days of intermittent emails via outlook and an IMAP server error box that appears every 10 minutes. We have only been able to access our emails via the REG 123 Mail inboxes not our own system. We have logged this now every day as continued disruption is causing us problems with communcations to our own customers. The only feedback I'm getting is that its a known fault, engineers are working on it and not timescale for when it will be fixed. We are entering Day 4 and still no idea of a fix.LATE DAY 4 it was fixed. The telephone support is courteous but final in nothing can be done and no further information referring only to the status report for updates.

Terrible email service! Goes down for days, every few weeks. Customer service just trots out the same apology and "we are working on it" chat but never offers a fix date or any compensation. They have the cheek to call this totally unreliable product "Professional Email"!!

Completely unreliable host for email. Our staff have been unable to access emails through outlook most of the week. If it was my company, I wouldn't touch 123-reg with a bargepole. They are incompetent.

I've been reporting intermittent problems logging into my email accounts from different email clients on different operating systems. Despite the credentials being stored in the client data so the same ones are used for every login attempt whether it succeeds or not, customer support continued to claim the passwords have errors. I can't believe the support staff are so stupid that they actually think the credentials must have errors in them. But when I checked the status page (which I should have done at the start) there were problems with the email service so I wasn't the only ones. So why, rather than waste my time with action they knew weren't necessary or even relevant, did they not tell me there were known issues they were working on.Perhaps if Vera was responding to reports on the customer service desk there would be less one star reviews needing to be addressed here.

I concur, professional emails down again on a day when we really needed them for urgent operational matters. We are off as as soon as is practicable possible.
