Would give a 0 if possible
Would give a 0 if possible. My arrival date has constantly been changed. Going on a month without the furniture and no clue when it’s coming in. I’ve called in several times and they won’t allow me to cancel the order. They said they would call me back within 24 hours to follow up on the location of the pieces and they never did. Said they would give a credit and never did. They have been all lies. Don’t trust them!

I haven't even got my order yet but…
I haven't even got my order yet but already having trust issues. No price protection like they promised. Run around. Can't imagine if I had a real problem. Dont buy the warranty thats bait and switch. I wanted to cancel they informed me they would charge me over 1000. Im stuck for now.
