Very disappointed
Very disappointed, the company did make mention they can alter pictures….I ordered it for wife’s birthday… all you see is 2 heads.. barley… and half the picture sent .… not cheap, expected a lot better results… I would be careful if ordering this product… wanted it to be a nice surprise… wasn’t.. just received it today.. 2/24/26.

Poor Engraving
The material used for the pendant was very clear, however the engraving is so light it can barely be seen. If the company had opted to reengrave, to a deeper more clear engraving I would have rated them higher.

Return claimed it “wasn’t received” but tracking said otherwise
My husband ordered two lighted bases for a glass piece we just bought. Neither of them worked for the size and the shape of the sculpture so I needed to return. The two boxes were in same packaging unused and I had to email for instructions to return. Instructions were given and I was told I had to pay for the return…which was okay with me. I’m now being told they haven’t received my order when USPS tracking says it was delivered to “an individual” at the address I was told to send it to. It’s not about the money for us…it’s about the dishonesty and the scam. Beware people…you probably won’t be able to return this or get any sort of customer service if something goes wrong. I’d rather order from Amazon quite honestly.

Great Packaging and Customer Sevice Team
Company did a great job at packaging the product and the tracking of the product while also having a customer service team that is active and willing to answer a questions you may have. From my understanding this seems like a smaller operation but this company gave great service. The only thing I recommend is that a confirmation email should be sent with the order number as soon as the card has been charged so people do not chargeback the purchase

Non-Existent Customer Service
Though I am sure the gift will be fine, this company's "customer service" is non-existent. I did not see an option to send a card with the item as it is shipping directly to the recipient. So, he will receive it without knowing that it was sent by his niece and nephew and their respective families. I attempted to contact customer service via chat--I am running a small business, so I did not have time to sit and wait for 15+ minutes. I called, left a message--no call back or response. I also sent an email message, but received a response AFTER the item shipped, basically telling me I was out of luck. Sorry, but AI doesn't cut it.

What a scam
What a scam! Save your money! The company is not what it presents to be. Poor quality, misrepresentation of product in advertising and it their sham refund policy!!! I overpaid for a small glass ( not crystal as they imply) heart with script can’t read! Poor quality control and management of my dissatisfaction and request for return and refund as they indicate is a guarantee!!!! Find another place for your “ special gift” I wish I would have read the bad reviews before giving them my money. After many attempts to return and refund … I’m stuck with a gift I won’t be giving Do your research!

Terrible place to purchase your “special gift “ ! Company is not what they seem ! They do not stand by their advertising and lack quality control. I was very unhappy with my item when it arrived and they did not honor their return refundpolicy . I recommend you look elsewhere for your memorable gift. I felt scammed!

NO PROOF BEFORE i PAY FOR IT, THAT IS JUST BULL! This company does not even provide a proof of the work before you pay for it. Are you kidding me? What company with today's technology and application power, cannot provide me a proof. Their option is I pay for it NOW AND IF I DON'T LIKE IT, FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. MAN THAT IS BS.
