I used the Shop app to browse 3 Wishes. I had two items in my cart that I was considering. One item went out of stock and while revising the cart I accidentally tapped the purchase button (a Shop App complaint, but they do make it easy 🙄). I immediately emailed 3 Wishes to ask for a cancellation. I wanted to order more items and I wasn’t quite ready to have the order shipped. They offered to add additional items to my order, or they would cancel at a charge of 5%. I was so put off by the 5% charge for cancelling before my order was even prepped for shipping that I decided I didn’t want to order from them. They indeed kept $2 for clicking a couple of buttons to cancel my order. Incredibly bad customer service.

My shoes were super cute but arrived damaged. 3 Wishes responded right away, shipping a new pair and asking me to dispose of the original. Both deliveries were timely, and the replacement pair was absolutely stellar.

Ordered an accessory and it came in too late for my need. I contacted them to return it, as their site said hassle free returns, and was told I could only get store credit. They stated that it was considered a Halloween costume and that their policy states returns are for credit only. This policy was not communicated and I have not been able to get my money back. Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to lose money.

Feeling like I've been scammed! I placed an order for a festival im attending & even tho they sent me a tracking number, the # on the shipper's site shows they were notified that the tracking number was cancelled by the customer- by 3wishes!! So the package was never received by the postal service & I can't reach anyone with 3wishes either by chat or email. Will be disputing the charge with my bank on the morning to stop them from what accounts to stealing from me, what a horrible thing to do to people!

As everyone stated, horrible cheap material. They also sent me the wrong color order and are charging me a three dollar restock fee to return it which I’ve never even heard of. If I don’t get the rest of my money back, I’m definitely following up because I see a lot of people are saying they don’t do returns at all. I wish I would have read these reviews before I made a $70 purchase.

Got a costume and it was very low quality and made super small. They refuse to refund you. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these Chinese companies. Their products are so low quality and they will not refund you even if you return in perfect condition. Contact the FTC. People can’t just steal your money because they post a no refund policy. We have laws. It’s unethical business. AWFUL!

If I could rate this 3wishes I would call them a scam. I wish I would have read all the reviews .Then I saw that they take your money, and never deliver. I ordered 5 items, clothing/lingerie.Call your bank and dispute the charge.The fraud department at my bank is refunding me . .I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH.
