Love 4imprint

Love 4imprint. They always make a customer feel extra special. After placing and order they offered me a blue box with some samples. I ordered the headlamp, a medical kit and a nice pen. All were fantastic products, that came new. Each item performed well and prices were incredible especially if you order bulk. Will continue to do business with them as they always provide excellent products.

Great times to market a business...

I have purchased several marketing items from 4Imprints. I have always been satisfied with the final product. I appreciate the customer service. Also, the Blue Box is an amazing tool sent out by 4Imprints. To get to preview items is great, and the items in the Blue Box have been so diverse and have, at times, swayed my purchases. I love working with this company and am a loyal customer.

a well deserved 5 stars for customer service

Kind of a strange 5 star review. We've always gotten great products from 4Imprint. This most recent order arrived incorrect. While 4imprint wasn't able to reprint the items in time for our event, they went above and beyond doing everything they could to attempt to resolve the situation in time. Communication was great, and they ARE sending the correct product still for us to use, just a day late, and we will make due on our end just fine. The review is still well deserved for 5 stars due to oustanding customer service, communicaiton throughout the order, and resolving the situation in a way that we are happy with in the end. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are handled that really matters. To say the least, I am impressed with how this situation was handled. Thank you again for the top notch service and products 4Imprint!!

Extremely Disappointed & Unprofessional Experience

I am writing this review after one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a supplier. I ordered products from 4imprint and followed up repeatedly about the delivery date. Every time I asked for a tracking number or an estimated delivery time, the company told me they couldn’t provide it — yet they kept assuring me that everything would arrive on schedule. I trusted them because they insisted the delivery would be as promised.On the expected delivery day, my entire team waited for the shipment so we could begin our event preparations. We waited the whole day until after office hours — nothing arrived. When I called customer service, I was met with rudeness and an attitude that made it seem like I was overreacting. I was told they were “about to get off work” and would try to contact someone. Completely unacceptable.After countless calls and being transferred from person to person, we finally discovered the truth:The products hadn’t even been produced.Not delayed. Not in transit. Not lost.Not even made.This is absolutely unbelievable.Their solution? A simple message saying the products wouldn’t arrive and that it would take another 2–3 weeks. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order — as if that fixed the problem.We had told them from day one that we had an event the next day and that if there were any issues, we needed to know early. Nobody followed up. Nobody informed us. Instead, we received a cold, templated email and continued unprofessional service.Although I’ve used them a few times before and the products were acceptable, this incident has caused disappointment for my clients and left me to face all the criticism and consequences.I strongly advise anyone considering 4imprint to think twice. Reliability, transparency, and basic customer service are clearly not guaranteed with this company.Updates:What happened has already happened, and nothing can change the fact that we feel disappointed. I’ve got a call from the company, hoping that their compensation can help ease my client’s frustration. I truly hope this issue only happened to me and not to anyone else reading this.

Willing to help, with great communication

Ordering merchandise in large quantity is stressful. 4imprint's customer service and pride in their work is unbelievable. Despite there initially being a few incorrections/ handful of misprints, our lovely Account Exec, Karen, was able to rectify it easily and free of charge, with no hassle and just brilliant communication. A situation that may have been frustrating with another organisation was made to feel hassle free. Our organisation are grateful for their proactiveness and willingness to help. We absolutely love the products and will be recommending them onto our own clients, and using them again.

Small Business beware!

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent experience involving 4imprint.As a small business, we were contacted regarding an urgent large rush order. We dedicated significant time and resources to this request, including contacting wholesalers, organizing materials, and moving materials between warehouses. We provided a quote which was accepted via email & item/size choosen, only for 4imprint to abruptly decide to go in another direction, wasting hours of our time and effort.This kind of behavior from larger companies is precisely why small businesses like ours, which prioritize integrity and service, have thrived for 40 years. Great shirts and customer service!!!

We’ve been ordering from this shirt company for years—usually a couple of times a year—and they never disappoint. Their shirts are incredibly soft, come in a wide range of styles, and the quality of both their embroidery and screen printing is unmatched.Most impressively, we recently made a mistake and ordered the wrong design on a batch of shirts. Totally our fault. But they went above and beyond and replaced the entire order free of charge. That kind of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their clients.We’ll continue recommending them over and over again. I used 4imprint for 3 times

I used 4imprint for 3 times. My first order came nice without any delay or problem. My second order didn't come and no customer service reply. A year later I decided to given another try, just to realize that my third order is lost in Narnia because is been more than a month and I'm still waiting. Maybe I have to place a big order to get my items, because my last 2 orders were very small ( I always try small orders first to try the service ) In general this company is a joke and is a waste of time

4IMPRINT INVESTORS PLEASE READ

4IMPRINT INVESTORS PLEASE READ: you must supervise the work of those awful employees you have. Customer service in general is HORRIBLE!After placing an order, you usually get an automatic email, "hello my name is…I will be able to assist you with the order etc"...however do not expect any help from that person or anyone, they immediate turn on their Out of Office email reply. Then calling is your next option. Nope, that is another disaster because you get the cranky bad attitude employees who are WFH and you are literally interrupting them. As I called, a woman answered with just firm “hello” like I woke her up, she was soooo cranky having to deal with a customer's simple question, total misery. I needed help with my artwork, yeah the exact normal situation anyone who spends thousands a year could have. 4imprint production kept using my previous uploaded artwork even after I verified my NEW Artwork. (it was the 2nd time happening just this year)The answer from this very unprofessional /cranky support woman was: “That artwork is all we have from you”….I asked: Can I email you the new one? she said: “not you cannot email me, you can cancel the order if you disagree with it” that’s it. So, I did, I canceled the order. I found other great companies online offering the same products, CHEAPER prices, and way nicer customer support. I don’t know how 4imprint has any business, it's not just so hard to get an order complete, too many steps but on top of that you get the worse customer service.
