Returns shipping is on you
Returns shipping is on you, plus they try for more money to order the correct item. Expect a long wait for wrong item and email.

that the ink for HP copy machine are at good price and I will buy again.
I bought four of the HP CARTRIDGES of ink and liked that it was at a good price. Haven't tried them yet, but if they turn out good, I will continue to buy them every time I run out.

Ordered Set of cartridges for my HP…
Ordered Set of cartridges for my HP 6100e printer. Installed the three color cartridges. Received the message "Altered or Cloned Cartridges Installed"... Test print prints all colors in a muted yellow / brown... worthless, expensive ordered product!

Two of the four cartridges were damaged…
Two of the four cartridges were damaged and non functional. After two hours, and using parts from my old cartridges, I was able to get them functioning.

14 cartridges ordered
I ordered 14 cartridges and one of them had leaked in the package. It was a mess. Can this cartridge be replaced?

Shipping is terrible
Shipping is terrible, 2-5 days is not true same day ship is not true. Why do they use ONTRAC worst service. Ink is good and does work thank you. Ordered 2/6/26 received 2/17/26.
