Dishonest listings and horrid customer…

Dishonest listings and horrid customer service. Their website stated a part was in stock and would ship the same day. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email confirmation with a few disclaimers regarding delays in shipping and that my item would be shipped direct from manufacturer. When I called the customer support number to clarify, I waited 23 minutes to speak to someone regarding an existing order only to be disconnected by their system. I called back, this time using the "place a new order option" and someone picked up. Huge red flag here as once they get your money, they have no interest in helping you, but to help you place an order they answer immediately. The representative I spoke to had no way of verifying if or when my order had been shipped and suggested I wait a day or two "to see what happens". I stated that was unacceptable as my part was supposed to be in stock and shipped the previous day. I requested to cancel my order and the representative refused. Avoid this company like the plague! Spend your money at a retailer who is honest and cares about the customer service they provide.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Keep your money, go to another trucking supplier. They sold me a pair of running boards specifically for my make and model and they were not for my make and model when they arrived. They said I could return them but I was responsible for the shipping $332.00. They only cost around that much plus they wanted a 25% restocking fee for their mistake. Go to American Trucks when it’s a problem on their end they pay for everything. I will also make sure my company doesn’t purchase any truck related items from them since I’m the maintenance coordinator at my employer who is responsible for purchasing. STAY AWAY.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Damaged part. Submitted email request. No answer for a week. Call and girl says she will get it taken care of. No answer for a week. Follow up email. No answer. Follow up call - same girl says she’ll take care of it. Yea right. Explain that I have a vehicle that’s been down for over 2 weeks she tells me I can buy another bracket while they work through it. Yea right. I did just that. Bought it from summit racing a supplier that guaranteed will back their products. I wouldn’t use 4wheelparts.com if they were my last resort.

Don't waste your time or money

Ordered upper and lower door brackets for my jeep since the ones I have are corroding already on a 2016. Upper brackets came in just fine. The lower brackets however, were ALL horrible. Dents, scratches, paint chips. Also, the foam padding that each ones sits in did not have a brackets in it. They were all over in the box. Called customer service, got ahold od Daphne. Somewhat snotty and a little rude. Sent pictures of everything. Corresponded through email. Was offered a full refund upon their inspection or a $100 credit on an order that was over $450. I stated I wanted an exchange and she said ok. No exchange happened. They issued a full refund for the lower brackets instead. Emailed her 2 times asking what was going on. No response. Had to call to find out No exchange was issued. Very very very disappointed. Especially when this company was advertised on "Undercover Boss". I watched that freaking episode. Don't bother and waste your time or money.

Order a high performance power steering…

Order a high performance power steering pump for my 04 Silverado Z71 said it was a direct fit went to put it on reservoir wouldn’t work high pressure fitting was wrong and bolt that secured it to bracket were 3/8-16 bolts not the metric bolts that can with old pump was a hassle putting it on called customer service and she hung up on me never buy from them again!

Another nightmare on Elm Streett…

If you want a life in peace without frustrations, wrong parts, poor or non existent service; unwillingness to accept returns.Trouble getting a refund . Endless delayed responses. STAY AWAY from this outfit at all cost! trust me on this one !
