Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I have been trying to get a response for 5 days about an order and nobody has gotten a hold of me. I have tried by email, on their website and by instagram.

26 days without an update since order feels 'ghosted'
The survey email says that I've had "some time to enjoy my brilliant new addition." However, what has actually happened is that I ordered 26 days ago and have had zero updates since the order was made.

Mislead and caution
I was told one thing on the WhatsApp message then another on email format. I paid $776.90 USD plus $150 USD for VAT for a chain that is only value at $368 USD I’m upset the item got shipped separately since I had to pay DHL twice for there delivery fee

DELAYS - INACCURATE UPDATES - 2-3 MONTHS
ordered my first order on 24th January , told 3-5 weeks for the manufacturing phase, still not been made, weekly emails keep getting pushed back, automated and inaccurate , customer service Anne seems like AI responses and very combative , tracking not accurate , be prepared to wait 2-3 months

Still waiting on buy back money
I bought jewellery a few years back now, was happy with the jewellery itself, the quality is good and I had no problems with the delivery. I recently sent my jewellery back under the buy back scheme. My jewellery was confirmed as arriving back at 7879 and they emailed me with a final buy back price, stating that funds would be sent on 06/03/26 and it would take 2-3 days to land in my bank account. It is now the 16/03/26 and I am without my £2k+ and unable to get hold of 7879 to get support. I have emailed and used the online chat portal on their website, but to not avail. Please get back to me asap, reason I sold my beloved jewellery is because I have bills to pay, and this delay in my funds reaching me is causing quite a big inconvenience to me
