Give Ram a promotion!
Ram had it squared away in short order and the backup he set up ran perfectly. He told me there was a bug in the latest build which deleted a number on menu options. No cover-up, just out and admitted what happened. I like owning up to truth immensely. He uninstalled the software and reverted to the previous build. Ram said he would contact me as soon as the new build is ready He's a good man who gives great personal attention. He always asks before he does anything. Acronis engineers like Ram should be promoted. Early.
