Worst product I've ever had the…
Worst product I've ever had the displeasure of using. Completely unintuative, over priced, unusable garbage. I hope everyone that had worked on this software loses their job and leaves the industry.

Adobe and their Eunuchs
The idea to make one pay simply to edit a document is one of sheer genius. Whichever of your little knob jockey's came up with this deserves high praise, clearly this company and it's very highly educated staff know just what their customer base wants!

I was trying to cancel the free trial
I was trying to cancel the free trial, where I didnt use there service as its trash! They are trying to charge me cancellation fees that are higher than their subscription. Anyway I have suspended the card. The free trial is worthless, doesnt work at all

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. They charged me for services I did not request and then made it impossible to cancel by not allowing the plan page to load. The days of this garbage being forced down our throats to fill out forms is almost over. AI will make these scammers irrelevant, and soon. Obviously, if you look at the reviews, I am not the only one getting screwed.

Very Poor Support
Very poor support. Had 6 sessions (many hours) on same issue whereas Illustrator crashes when saving an .ai and no solution. When they could not sort it out (after 3 times having to reset all settings) I was told the case was escalated to tier 2 and that I would hear from them within 24-48 hours. Instead I got an email 3 days after saying the case is now closed. Really? So poor!

I was getting charged for account I wasn't using so I would have rated lower but outstanding costumer support, got me a full return for 5 months of being charged. it was a man with the name of christof I think. very helpful understanding and did it quick.
