The WORST customer experience
Received damaged rug, then received excruciatingly slow, chaotic support and an error-ridden dispute resolution process. Became a +2 month saga of the worst customer experience you could ever imagine. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Satisfied Customer!
I ordered the Cathedral radio Cd player. It had a 4 month back order which I was totally fine with. It came in today, just a few days after I ordered it! I’m so wonderfully impressed! The cd player works great and is beautiful. I love the old world look of it. The communication with Afatores was amazing. I received numerous emails with updates about my order. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Thank you for clearing up my April 11th date for delivery of the “mirror only”. I never saw two separate dates for the mirror and the 3-pc bedroom set because there was no date set for the bedroom set yet.

AFA purchase experience
Easy to order. Quick shipping & free delivery. Ordered 2 nightstands. One of the drawers doesn't close completely. Will need to take apart and see if we can make the correction. Not as heavy as expected for the price, but pretty (as seen online). Overall, good purchase.

Ordering was simple, delivery smooth and very quick.
Ordering was simple. Found what I was looking for, placed the order and it was delivered in a little over a week! Very pleasantly surprised. The chairs are very pretty and stable. My husband was able to put them together very easily. The way the chairs were packaged was perfect. No damage at all. Thank you very much AFA!!

We bought 3 glass top end table and saw…
We bought 3 glass top end table and saw for coffee table. Two of the 3 were defective…junk!!!!!!! We do NOT!!! Recommend this retailer/middleman from China. Never, ever again!!!!!
