I purchased a sand filter for my above ground pool June 2025. I loved how quiet and powerful the filter was. When I set up my pool for 2026 season the pump stopped working. I contacted customer service and they offered several repair solutions. Sadly non of them worked. They then offered to send a replacement. I happily accepted and it was shipped very quickly. I was able to set up the new pump and it is working perfectly. I am super pleased with the customer service.

We bought the Airthereal MA10K-PRO SMARTWLAN-Ozongenerator in November 2025 and unfortunately after almost 5 month of use the unit stopped working. I was a bit dissapointed as we bought the PRO version hoping it will last at least the 3 years of warranty. I contacted the support team and I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received a response. After receiving some instructions to determine the cause of the defect, we quickly concluded that the device needed to be replaced. Despite the large distance between Germany and the USA, the replacement process was very quick. The support team clearly exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely awesome Customer Service. I was having issues with my Ozone Generator, hit them up for some troubleshooting, worked out all potential issues and then they sent me a new one free of charge.Highly recommend this company (and the equipment), nothing but good experience so far.

I love my kitchen composter and so do my hydrangeas! The composter has made it possible to avoid adding food waste to the landfill. Instantly reducing guilt about our footprint on the planet. I've been using my machine to reduce food waste and coffee grounds since March of 2023.It's quiet and the carbon filters reduce the smell when cycling. Food waste is reduced to dehydrated plant food.The grandchildren enjoy being able to see into the machine as it fold and reduces food waste.From the maintenance perspective, I learned that avoiding overfilling the bucket and attention to cleaning the lip of the composter reduces likelihood of occluding dehydration vents at the lip of the machine. This has been the only issue I've encountered with the machine in 3 years (and I could have prevented problems with routine cleaning).The rapid response of the service group at Airthereal helped me identify the issue, the air vents covered/closed by dehydrated food waste. A good cleaning resolved all problems.

I purchased an R800 composter. I was having trouble removing the filter cover. The instructions don't show how to do it. It turned out that I just needed to pull the cover off which took a lot of effort. Customer service was great. They responded very quickly to resolve the problem. As far as the composter, I really like it. It does a great job of composting. Also it is very quiet which is important because it takes a while to complete the process. I am into recycling so I will be using this machine a lot.

My airthereal air purifier was working well for almost a year. Then there was a problem. As soon as I contacted the company they got right back to me with a suggestion about how to rectify the situation. Not only were they fast in responding but very polite and supportive. It happened once again and the same type of response. Their suggestions worked immeditately!

I just received the Airthereal APH320 so I don’t have a long term review. However, the unit is as advertised and a good value. It is quiet on the lower fan speeds and has great functions. I especially like the anion and UV functions. They have GREAT customer service! I was having trouble setting up the WiFi connection and emailed them for help. They responded quickly and were very helpful and polite. Turned out to be operator error!! You have to have 2.4GHz frequency on your router. I do and told the APP to search for that. But I didn’t realize that the WiFi on my phone’s settings had to also be set on 2.4 as well, not 5. They were very patient and stuck with me until we figured it out!
