Erika @ Hornsby store is excellent

Went to the Hornsby store today and the sales assistant Erika was super helpful and extremely friendly. Great customer service. I went to just scout around and walked out with 4 dresses thanks to her great sales skills. They’ve got a sale going on at the moment, so it was a good time to shop. I know it’s fast fashion, but I think the quality of the dresses I bought is pretty good. Original retail price around $70 for each dress. Significantly discounted now - well worth it

Pink floral strapless dress

I place an order on the weekend and accident chose normal shipping instead of express, but was needing it for the next weekend. On Monday I called customer service and they told me the best and easiest option was to cancel the original order, and make a new one with express shipping. I they got back to me in no time and it only took a few minutes to change. Very helpful, convenient and quick!

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and within an hour of emailing the team they were able to amend the order and send the correct size. Absolute legends!!! Saved me sending it back and waiting longer for a dress I really wanted. I'll keep ordering again and again 💖

If I could give it 0 I would Horrible customer service that never replies to emails or phone calls, have left multiple voicemails also. They sent me a returns label that is not a returns labels worst company ever. Edit: have emailed multiple times and called and left voicemails also, so don’t believe there reply below.

Scammers

I ordered a dress online a few days ago. The next morning, found the exact same one for a cheaper price and decided to cancel my online order. There was no cancellation option. I contacted customer service over call since their site stated there was a one day processing period--no response. Left a voicemail--no response. Emailed them and received a late response the next morning to which they stated they couldn't cancel any orders after payment, even though nothing had been shipped out yet. They encouraged me to ship it back. I tried to do that, only to find out I wouldn't be refunded the shipping fee and would be deducted a $10 fee to receive a refund. Which meant, I would be paying extra to ship out an item I didn't want. Customer service is terrible. I have never experienced anything like this. Customers should not be getting charged extra to return items. Beware. Their online purchases are basically final.
