Delivery disaster and poor customer service
I order goods for ca 5000 EUR to Copenhagen. Order process worked but sadly customer service and freight forwarding was a disaster. Freight forwarder announced delivery twice without showing up and delivered goods without announcing. Customer service was extremely slow and poor. Never again.

No confirmation of order, not reachable - scam?
Placed a big order of near 1000 EUR - no confirmation email of the order, no reply to email to customer service, had to ring hotline in Germany (expensive!), waited there for 10 minutes for someone to pick up and then the call was ended from the company's side. This is absolutely not how you establish trust with customers who want to buy designer furniture, i.e. spend a few hundred Euros and more. I am quite worried.Update after reply: that is untrue, you have my correct address and I still receive your newsletters. I registered as a user and therefore had to confirm the address. Mistake is impossible. I even confirmed the address with you in the PayPal case - still no order confirmation. At least I got my money back, very grateful I paid via PayPal and not "Vorkasse".
