The product is great just as I always expect.Shipping took 2 weeks which free shipping offered but 2 weeks is well over a week too long

Good customer service, but the product quality just isn’t there for me.
I wanted to like American Giant given their reputation and “Made in the USA” focus, but my experience didn’t quite match the price point.Both of the hoodies I ordered developed noticeable pilling and fraying along the seams fairly quickly. The stitching also wasn’t as clean as I expected for a premium product. Honestly, I own hoodies from Lululemon, Vuori, and even Hanes that feel better, fit better, and have held up better over time—at a lower price.To their credit, customer service was responsive and did offer me 50% off another hoodie. I appreciated the gesture, but even at that discount, I didn’t feel the quality justified the cost, so I passed.I really like the idea of supporting U.S.-made products, but that alone doesn’t guarantee better quality—and in this case, it didn’t meet expectations for the price.Overall: good customer service, but the product quality just isn’t there for me.

Purchased zip up sweatshirt on 11/17/25…
Purchased zip up sweatshirt on 11/17/25 and wore it no more than 4 times, washed twice, as of 1/26/26 zipper has broken already. Contacted customer service and they wont replace item . Would not reorder from them, quality is not good and fabrics fade within 1 to 2 washes. Beware of quality control issues.

The clothing is excellent and they stand by the quality. If someone is flawed and frays apart, they replace it.
