I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the AI customer service bot replies in coherent everyday English and does so pretty quickly. However, that's the end of that positive praise. Because, AI is not customer service. But if you go through about three emails with this AI bot, a real person will eventually reply to you. However, they are equally as unhelpful. So you may find yourself having spent a lot of money with no recourse whatsoever. But they will offer you a widely advertised 25% off code for items that have increased in price by 25%. So basically nothing.

I've been an Ames Walker customer for 12+ years . Their hosiery is first rate and I've worn their pantyhose, knee highs, and thigh highs in various compression levels and various colors. As a male I was initially embarrassed by wearing ladies' hosiery in public, but for the past 10 years I'm proud to reveal it. Thank you, AW for making such terrific hosiery.

I ordered 3 pairs of compression stockings about 5 weeks ago but until today I have yet to receive the products. When I made the order, it was stated that they will arrive in 2 weeks, but I waited for an additional week before I wrote to their customer service about the non delivery. The response for my first email was to clarify my address which I did. I waited 2-3 days but no response. So, I reforwarded the email and received an apology note that she (customer service lady by the name of Hxxxxxa) didn't receive my email. She responded that she will need to check with her supervisor and post office about this. I has been over a week from that response and 3 additional chaser emails and I still didn't receive any response from the company/her. I am very disappointed. This is a large established company and I don't expect such poor customer service. All I want now is that the company return my money or send me the stockings. Unfortunately, the company couldn't be bothered to response to me and honour its obligation.

Update: I actually did get a replacement delivered, just after I finished updating my review last. I cannot give a full 5 stars because of the trouble I had to go through just to get the replacement. Its sad that I had to write several bad reviews before the company would lift a finger to help me, but ultimately they did the right thing. Update: As if this company could not get more dishonest... They promised to send me a new item if I updated my review. I have no problem with this, but I'm not doing anything until an actual product shows up on my door step or I get some type of mailing confirmation. Now they have reported my review... and I doubt they even sent my replacement. Absolutely awful company to work with. Purchased an inflatable lounge doctor from this company. It didn't even last 2 months before it started leaking. Both this company and the manufacturer do not stand behind their products. They refused to return or exchange the product. I can see from other reviews that this is a very dishonest company. Take my advice and do not purchase any products from them. They will not do the right thing for defective products.

I received an empty package inside a plastic bag from the USPS explaining that my package was damaged during shipping. USPS website said I couldn't file a claim unless i had an insurance receipt. I contacted Ames-Walker through an e-mail. I got a response right away, and they sent out another product, and I received it in record time! I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased!

I ordered 6 masks on Monday. Received them on Friday...4 days later. They came individually wrapped and exactly as advertised. I'm beyond pleased! And made in USA...big plus. Thank you.

They gave me no confirmation they even received my order. They should have an auto reply confirming your order. When I called they told me they had to order my stockings from Jobst and they havent received them yet.When they qoute 3-10 days shipping, count on the 10 days. I thought they stocked the product they sold. Apparently not.After calling them they let me know they received the stockings from Jobst but the box was damaged in transit. They assured me product was fine. I guess I will knowby the weekend.
