Delivered 13/03/2026I ordered two swimsuits but only received one - I emailed them immediately and the bot reply was that my order had been delivered. They have not responded to numerous emails and I don't know how else to contact them. STAY AWAY from this company, not worth the hassle

Customer service experience
These swimmers are great. The customers service is brilliant. There was a slight inconvenience with my order and they went above and beyond to assur I was satisfied.

Excellent fit and comfort
Excellent fit and comfort. I have 3 different styles. One got a tear in the clasp after a couple of wears which was disappointing for the price. However, the customer service was very quick to respond. I had to send photo proof of the damage and they immediately sent out a replacement. I would definitely order again.

Awful
This is the worst swimsuit and company I have ever experienced. I measured myself meticulously only to have the suit be so poorly made and fit so awful. When I went to return it, I was told oh that swim suit is not returnable. I read their guidelines and was under the impression that you can indeed return items. However, they did a switcharoo on me and now I cannot return. Overall terrible experience with the company.

Material breaks down
Looked great when I first bought it. The material broke down quickly. It faded significantly and stretched/lost the elasticity so much it is unwearable. I tried purchasing the same suit to replace it. (I bought 2 in different colours because I did love the fit and although it breaks down fast it would be worth ordering since it was on sale) They have changed the material and where it is made. It is an inch lower in the front which no longer meets my comfort zone for coverage. It also did not include cups for padding. It was an international order (Canada). It took 3 weeks to arrive. They changed the make & fit of the bathing suit without stating it in the website. There is no return policy for international orders. Very disappointed being left with two bathing suits that I don’t feel comfortable wearing and can not return.

Poor fabric dont buy
Poor fabric dont buy! I purchased my suit in 2024 and I used it on a 2 week holiday and other 3 seperate times. When I it out this summer I found it had disintegrated in patches. Swim suits sag yes, but to disintegrate the way it has shows poor production or choice of materials that future customers should be made aware of. When I complained they offered my a discount but why would I try again?

I really loved this swimsuit when I brought it and thought i would be purchasing this brand for years to come. Unfortunately after about 7 wears the fabric was disentgrating / stretching and warping where the black fabric was turning white. I emailed them about it and they said it was outside of the time frame for getting a return and offered me a 15% discount! why would I want a discount off of a product that last for only a few wears. I see they have no negative reviews on their website so they must only display positive ones which is so disappointing.

Above and beyond!
I had some out of the ordinary experiences with Australia Post and Andie swim went above and beyond to accommodate where they could. Quick communication, and a genuine interest in my circumstance. I was stoked to finally lay my hands on my Andie purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Misleading “Final Sale, No Returns” I want to exchange.
Bought the Fiji swimsuit that is way to long for my torso even though it was not the long torso option. Was on sale but it says final sale no returns doesn’t say anything about exchanges. Anyway now I am stuck with a swimsuit I can’t even wear. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Faulty material - do not purchase
Bought the Tulum one piece in 2024 and only months later and infrequent pool swims the material disintegrated (unwearable). Andie sent a replacement and again the same thing has happened. Interestingly I also can’t find my first and second poor reviews on their website.
