The process to open my virtual mailbox was fast and seamless. I was very happy with the communication and response time.

Opened a account . Then was sent scary email to pay more
I paid for a $9.99 Account 2-24-26, but not active until 3-3 26Then today I received a scary email telling me my location will be closed 4-30-26. So that my mail will not be interrupted, I need to choose a new location before 4-30-26. Nothing about the new $25 usps form 1583 fee I will pay again. My new location will be $19.99, the only offer they give me. If you go today and look at the Anytime mailboxes locations they offer in Lexington, Kentucky, you will see one offer. $9.99. And a total of 4 in Kentucky at the Price of $9.99 ... But I can only pick $19.99 & pay a new $25 usps fee.. I had just enough time to change my mailing address. Then they came to pressure me into taking whatever they offered, & I would be grateful to get it, oooh, you need to see the warning they sent in dark Orange like a storm warning you see online,

It Works, But…
The process of getting the mailbox was relatively simple, but the notary process was not mentioned until I got to it. The UI is also outdated, and how everything is laid out is confusing; but it does was it supposed to, so there is that. Hopefully I will not have to deal with the process again and can just use my mailbox.

I had a great experience with Anytime…
I had a great experience with Anytime Mailbox! Milo was instrumental in keeping me as a customer. I was confused about a few options and Milo was kind and took time with me and we found the right option for me. I love their patience with the customer!!!!! Great service for my business.

Very poor experience with Anytime Mailbox & their provider
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Anytime Mailbox and their assigned mail center (Anny Express Inc).First, the provider repeatedly failed to scan the back side of my mail, even after multiple requests. This is a basic service expectation, and despite several attempts to resolve it, nothing changed.Second, communication has been extremely poor. The local provider does not respond to emails at all, and Anytime Mailbox support simply redirects me back to the same unresponsive provider instead of taking ownership or resolving the issue.The biggest issue: I was quoted $55 for mail forwarding (cheapest option), which is completely unreasonable. USPS typically charges under $2 per item, so this pricing feels excessive and unjustified. Support explained it depends on “handling, packaging, etc.”, but offered no transparency or real alternative.Overall, this setup feels very fragmented:- Anytime Mailbox takes no responsibility- The local provider is unresponsive- Pricing is unclear and inflatedI expected a reliable digital mailbox service, but instead got poor service, lack of accountability, and unreasonable costs.Would not recommend unless they significantly improve provider quality control and customer support.
