Barush Cruz product manager sending me an email and cancels my booked session because I can’t join it. Received an unprofessional mail and was shocked that’s how they treat customers who willing to learn more about the platform ? Here is the mail : want to address the repeated scheduling of onboarding sessions on your account. So far, nine sessions have been booked and missed without attendance.Because we only offer one onboarding session per account, these time slots are intended for customers who are ready to attend and move forward. As a result, I will be canceling your current meeting, and we won’t be able to accommodate any additional bookings moving forward.If you still need help getting set up, I recommend checking our Help Center (question mark icon in the right bottom corner of your screen) to talk with our Support Team, register to our daily Webinars and find useful articles from our Knowledge Base.Thank you for your understanding

One stop shop for your GTM
Great product. One stop shop for all your gtm needs. The learning curve is a bit steep, but it's well worth the effort. After comparing a couple of other similar products, I would prefer Apollo.

Credit Roll over
We purchased monthly credits with the expectation that they rolled over to the next month as is clearly stated in the verbiage on their website. This is untrue deep in their knowledgebase they hide the fact that indeed the credits do not roll over. Customer service is quick to be as unhelpful as possible. Bait and Switch comes to mind with this service.
