Solid site for hifi gear

Solid site for hifi gear. Have ordered a few different upgrades to my setup through them. When spending as much as you do on audio gear, it's good to know if the seller is reputable or not. I've messaged their support and they've responded quickly, although I haven't needed any warranties handled through them yet. Shipping generally takes a bit, but tariffs are covered and free shipping in the US at least. They seem to be making some collaboration products which have been getting decent reception online. Happy to support a company that actually cares.

Slow fulfillment but no other issues

My order sat for about 4 days until I got a shipping notification, then over a week of transit since it was shipped from China. No delivery notification when it arrived either.Product was as expected and packed well. No other complaints.

Bought a pair of Apos headphones

Bought a pair of Apos headphones. Stellar audio quality, horrible form-factor. Pads did not stay on the headphones, nor did replacement pads. The wire into the headphones has a stupid, proprietary twist function. It may be why the wire broke, a few months in. If I wanted to replace it, Apos was the only option.If you are looking for quality headphones, look elsewhere.Customer support was worse than the above.

Sent wrong item, never responded to me.

Order a pair of headphones from them, they sent the wrong ones. Nobody answers the phone, the chat doesn't work so I emailed them. They never got back to me. Currently wait for Paypal to resolve.

Good collection of products

I am a regular there and they have a good selection of products. Their entry level products like the Gremlin and Merlin are fun.

Great company for hifi audio products

Great company for hifi audio products, have ordered a few times over the years. Their support team is great and communicative. Some items can be randomly backordered, but that's normally due to a shortage from the manufacturer.

Great company for audio gear with solid support!

I've made multiple purchases from Apos over the last 2-3 years and never had any issues with them. I've required support on an item that wasn't working correctly after a few months (CD Player) and Apos handled the return and exchange in a very quick, no hassle way. Great stuff, great support.

Never received my order and no response from customer Support

I placed an order for the Fiio Warmer DAC right after Thanksgiving with the website stated that the item was in stock. Did not hear anything from them but when I check the website, the order has gone through and my credit card was charge. Finally contacted them through email at the end of December but did not get a response. Checked the website and the DAC is now a "Special Order". Wrote the customer support 2 more time in January and still received no response. Finally called the phone number on their website and got a voice message to contact them by email Had to finally get the credit card company involved to get my money back.

Apos team is good people

Decided to upgrade my audio setup from the basic buds that came with my phone 15 years ago and stumbled on Apos. I had no idea what I was doing and customer support was incredibly helpful without being pushy. Everyone at the company seems great and I felt good supporting them.
