They don't have the stock they sell – and they'll blame "the system" for it.
I attempted to purchase an iPhone air from this company on the 25th March. A week later the device still hadn’t arrived. No courier info supplied, just the site saying the order had completed. On two separate occasions I was told someone would call me back from the relevant teams, no one did. After eventually having enough of this madness, I emailed the CEO, I finally got a response from the "Executive Complaints" team. Their excuse? They didn't actually have the phone. They were trying to buy it from a supplier after I’d already paid it in full AND paid a premium for Next Day Delivery, and then blamed "automated emails" for telling me it was with a courier when it didn't even exist in their warehouse.Even worse, their apology included a note telling me their price was better than other retailers. A "good price" is useless if you never get the product and the company holds your money hostage for a week while lying to you.No good will gesture! Nothing for the failed service, lies and frustration caused. Refund finally processed, but only because I made a massive noise. Do not trust their "In Stock" or "Next Day Delivery" claims—it’s a gamble at best.

Well done Appliances Direct
I was impressed with the whole experience. The price of the Samsung, the acknowledgement of my order and the timescale for delivery; the carrier actually delivered one day early.Whilst I was giving a tracking connection, permit me to suggest an email when it left your warehouse, or en route would be helpful. The carrier was courteous and diligent in his delivery today the second of April.
