It If I could give no stars I would. Firstly I online purchased some Pandra Huggies earrings. The dimensions were there and I knew they would be small as I had them before. The image showed silver and crystal hoops. They were a gift and arrived in a large envelope with a small snap bag containing the earrings. They were so small I almost missed them. In fact they were smaller than the nail on my little finger and it was impossible to see any of the detail like the crystals etc. no way would they have fitted my ears. As I did not believe the item was ad described and that the advertising was misleading, I sent them back. There was a returns label but I had to pay to return them. There was no free returns option. Now they say they haven’t arrived some 11 days later. That’s on me apparently. Their returns label, they have the contract with Royal Mail. So I’m £45 out of pocket, they try everything to wriggle out of it, apparently the earrings are just a matter of taste. I would definitely avoid this company at all cost.

uploaded an image to be engraved on a necklace and it came without it and would not be of help saying i did not upload it which i have done this before and it went through correctly be careful as if this happens they are not helpful and result in your item going in the bin as what they sent is absolutely hideous

Had the nicest experience today at argento abbey centre, was looking for a gift for a family friend, had time to look around the jewellery and then a very pleasant young lady approached to help. She helped us pick out a necklace and ensured we were happy with our gift. She engaged with my daughter and myself the whole time and we very much enjoyed and appreciated her attention. It was nice to interact with someone so open and honest and to receive 1st class service from a younger sales person

Ordered Vivienne Westwood earrings as a Christmas present, however there was a faulty butterfly. I contacted customer service and without any issues they sent replacements, and quickly at that. I also found the customer service friendly and helpful. Thanks.

I have been wanting an Olivia burton watch over the past year and saved up to buy it. €200 was the price of the watch every time I came in to see if it was still there. Yesterday I went in to buy it in Argento Sligo and in one way or another customer service is no longer a thing. Yesterday the sign still said €200. When approaching the till a blonde girl who said to be in charge said the price was €215 and made no attempt of budging to €200 as to what the sign said. Against consumers rights mind you. And as much as an extra €15 mightn’t seem like a lot it is the moral of it and her mannerism that followed when I tried to explain how its against consumer rights was unprofessional when someone is coming into your store to spend a lot of money , scoffing and giggling no way someone someone who is in charge should be acting. Meanwhile I was nice during the entirety of the conversation just trying to explain that I only have to pay what the sign says but got nowhere. She also left the watch i was about to buy face down on the counter

Updated version: I bought a Vivienne Westwood necklace for my sister on 26th November but I never received anything. I called and emailed Argento, they investigated and responded on 10th December and I got my refund on 15th December. Wouldn't say the whole process is quick but they were responsible and customer service was friendly.

Item never arrived, said it had been delivered but it hasn't. Wouldn't give me a refund worst company ever avoid.

I visited Argento Sligo recently and had such a great experience. The staff were honestly amazing so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The shop looked stunning too,with absolutely stunning bits.There were two girls working when I was in, Izzie and Abby were just incredible. They were both so kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to chat, give advice, and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, which you don’t always get in shops anymore. Their positive attitude and genuine warmth made such a difference it really stood out to me. If your ever in sligo i recommend this shop, you will be looked after so well !!!
