An error was made on my order and I did…
An error was made on my order and I did not receive my free gifts. I contacted customer services thinking I was going to have problems sorting it even though the omission was not my fault. I needn’t have worried. They apologised and posted said gifts immediately FOC. Good customer service in my book.

Items disappointing
Items disappointing, poor sizing , sleeves especially- far too long ( about 3 inches too long. ) would be better in nice cotton fabric.

Elasticated waist means comfy fit
Ordered 2 pairs jeans with elssticated waist which is ideal for me. Very comfy and good fit.

Great choice of shirts
The brochures and on-line details provide a wide range of casual clothing - nearly all my winter shirts are comfortable Atlas flannels. Excellent value.

Items not always available

Initial problems registering but then worth it.
The process of registering didn't work for me and I had to contact support before I could create my password. Once passed that ordering was easy. I bought to multi packs. I am very happy with the quality of the clothes I bought.
