Had an experience that I was upgraded…
Had an experience that I was upgraded in error. Not knowing if it was my error or your error. The gal that I was talking with was very informative and actually pleasant to talk with. The only thing of dislike is speaking to an AI before being connected to a representative.

Customer service is pretty good but not product
Customer service is pretty good. Shipping was slow. We have now had 3 sets of the atom pro 2. All have had problems with batteries not taking a charge after about 1 year. Bought 2 sets of 99.00 oricles and they out perform the atom 2 according to my wife who wears them. She is hearing things that she had heard for some time with the atom pro.The main problem ove
