Order 164855718 — Deceptive status manipulation (Kate Johnson) #Order 163675597 — Management (Kate Johnson) is ignoring the delivery issue.
CRITICAL UPDATE (Monday, April 13th): Autodoc has been caught MANUALLY changing order dates! My order's processing date has been changed four times (April 9th, 10th, 11th, and now April 12th) to cover up their inability to ship the parts. There is still NO tracking number. Total lack of honesty. I'm giving them until 5:00 PM today to ship, or I'll file a refund through my bank. Don't trust the status in their app!UPDATE (Saturday, April 11):Still NO shipment for order #164855718. I caught them manually changing the "Order processing" date in the app from April 9th to April 10th to hide the delay and reset their "1 business day" promise. Manager Kate Johnson's promises on Friday were empty. This manipulation of status dates is deceptive. I demand immediate shipment or I will proceed with a bank chargeback.I am extremely disappointed. My parcel (tracking 13109373642114) was never delivered. The carrier (DPD) officially confirmed the issue in writing, stating that their depot identified a problem.My case was transferred to the Quality Control Department (Kate Johnson). She promised a resolution on Tuesday but has since failed to provide any update or refund.Under EU law, the seller is responsible for the delivery. I require immediate re-delivery of my order or a full refund for order 163675597. If I do not receive a re-delivery of my order, I will initiate the refund process through my bank.

It was a fairly good experience, and I recommend it. There is one problem: the shipping cost is somewhat high compared to other competing sites. I hope this issue will be resolved, as I often buy from eBay because of the fast and free shipping.
