Opinion and suggestion
The parts have arrived, and the prices suit every budget.And as a suggestion for detailing products, it would be great if you could bring some from Shiny Garage.

Very slow delivery
Very slow deliveryThe whole point of car part is to be fast -and yes to work fine-, but autodoc's orders take more than 10 days to arrive, which means the car is not functioning for 10 days. All customers would rather pay more to get their car running as fast as possible, but there no options of delivery, and the tracking just says its been prepared. If you want to save a bit money yes its cheaper, but for the purpose of a car repair the slow delivery make me not order from there ever again.

Bad service
Bad serviceI bought the wrong brake set even it said that it would be the same one for my car. After some weeks I tried to send it back but the policy said that after 14 days it's non refundable. But what I don't undersand is that when I tried to contact the customer service I waited long and in between the conversation over the chat I got cut out and had to wait again. The last thing I got in response was that there is nothing they can do. In my opinion it was your webside that recommended that brake set for my car. I even wrote my license plate just to be sure that it was mine.

Broken adjustable spanner (Monkey…
I ordered 2 adjustable spanners (Monkey Wrenches) for work I needed to do. I have opened my delivery package and one of the "NEW" adjustable spanners was delivered broken. What a disappointment and I though your Trustpilot reviews would be a good indication of what company I am dealing with. I ordered something else and I hope that this does not fail on me when I need to use it. I will for sure not order from you again unless there is no one else that I can get tools from. I would also recommend that any of your potential customer never buy any of your products made by YATO. YATO is absolute rubbish if something that is called "Heavy Duty" on the product breaks before it is even delivered.
