Absurdly awful customer experience

Garbage customer service. Bought some parts for my BMW for $3k+. Citibank flagged the transaction so I had to verify it wasnt fraudulent via their app.Two hours later, I get an email that AutoHaus cancelled this because "they could not verify some or all of the payment information".I figured this is understandable but an easy fix. I will just call them and clear it up like it says I can do on the email. Nope. They wont take calls. So I request a callback via email like it says to so. Nope. All I get are runarounds and line unhelpful replies via email. They insist I must use Paypal, which I could, but that voids all the protection I get from credit card companies. How this place makes money is a mystery to me. They sure wont get a nickel from me.Hope everyone else has better luck than me. I think this is the most frustrating business transaction I ever attempted.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They were not honest about their shipping times. They don't provide information about the location of the parts other than "all over"

I had a bad experience with this… Abraham M

I had a bad experience with this establishment and I’ve been doing business with them for a while I ordered parts they sent me the wrong parts for my vehicle and I returned them and they charged me for the shipping and they gave me a partial refund stating that I ordered the wrong parts when my car was saved in my garage on their website it was employee negligence that resulted in sending the wrong parts to me so be very wary this company will rip you off you should steer away from them there are alternative company with a real phone number where real customer service can answer that Fcp euro etc. kick them out you’ll find the more friendly

Horrible customer service .

I ordered brake parts for my Porsche Cayenne (5) and the disc set screws they sent me were for a Porsche Macan. I asked to have a phone call that I never received and they emailed me saying I ordered the wrong part. I told them it is impossible because in the search engine I only was shopping for my Cayenne , I never switched to another model plus the other 4 parts were correct. They refused to swap the screws and wanted me to pay for the correct ones. Unbelievable they lost a customer for $3. Horrible customer service I will never shop there again.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. Usps seems to have lost my lug nuts and only way to tell this company to cancel my order is online, then wait 24-48 hours for them to respond. I would NOT recommend buying your parts here especially if they're critical like mine were to get back on the road.

Many great ordering experiences

I don’t get the low scoring for this euro parts vendor. Their prices are always amongst the lowest. Shockingly low at times. I’m in Arizona so parts are next day for most orders. I have a choice on part’s quality. I can pay out the ass for BMW OEM parts or go cheap with an URO part, and they typically have price points in between. It would be awesome if they had a same day pick up counter, but for an online parts vendor they’ve been effortless to deal with.

These du-mass are parts pickers NOT car…

These du-mass are parts pickers NOT car enthusiasts! They have ZERO customers service! I requested 3 customer call backs and got zero. They have an automated 800 number that refers back to email communication. What a joke!!!Their website shows in stock. I ordered a service kit that contains 5 parts and they usually/always don’t have one of the part but sent the rest anyway. PVC kit missing the CVP itself. Wtf Autowhos? They have multiple times waisted my time and patience. This was my auto parts place for many years. They keep failing and failing my simple expectation. Owner or management don’t give a f to customers. Shop at FCP, RMEuropean, Pelican, ESC no headaches.

I've shopped at AutohausAZ for many…

I've shopped at AutohausAZ for many years and hadn't had a problem before (other than some slow shipping). But my last purchase of a VDO Window Regulator for my BMW will keep me from ever going back.I chose the VDO part, despite it costing nearly 4 times the one AutohausAZ was pushing because VDO is a quality German engineered brand recommended by professionals. First of all, I don't think what I was sent was actually the VDO part, more on that later, but I would have assumed that was just a warehouse mistake if it hadn't been for the way Customer Service handled it.After opening up my car door I discovered that the new regulator didn't want to fit. When I compared it to the one that came out it was close in size but not identical. It had no VDO branding on it, nor did it have the VDO or BMW part numbers. It just had some random 3 digit numbers on different parts. Compared to the VDO in the pictures it was unpainted sheet metal while the VDO was painted black (as was my old unit) and the edges were very rough and sharp - so sharp they had cut my hands. My old unit had perfectly smooth edges. Thinking I had been sent the wrong part, I emailed AutohausAZ. The auto response I got said they usually respond in 24-48 hours. 48 hours is a long time when your car is torn apart, but I waited patiently thinking they would help me.48 hours went by and there was no response, so I tried to call - but you can't call them, you have to request that they call you! So I got on chat where finally I reached "Abraham". He wanted a wide picture of the unit, which is pretty useless since all BMW (and third party copy) front window regulators look pretty much the same, it's the details that matter. But I obliged him with that and the last 7 of my VIN (which they already had a long with a detailed description of the problem and the fact that I had compared it to the one that came out and they weren't the same).Abraham then told me it looked like the one in their stock photo (even though that one was black) and that I could return it through their web site if it was in perfect condition and I had all the packaging --- and then he disconnected me!I emailed Customer Service immediately asking for a Manager to call me. I never got a response.I didn't want to keep the car in disrepair any longer so I forced the Regulator in by bending it a little. It works, but it groans, clearly not correct and not what I would expect from VDO. I am now convinced it was not the VDO part but some cheap Knockoff. If they would have helped me determine that I was shipped the wrong part I would have been happy to accept the right part. But you can't do business with internet stores that won't communicate or help. Doesn't matter how good the price is. I paid $90 for a $22 item that I could have bought on Amazon with free shipping and at least easily returned.
