My initial experience/contact with AVA…
My initial experience/contact with AVA of Norway was very good. Getting replies to my emails regarding my interest in purchasing a power washer. I placed my order and it was delivered the next day..!! WOW..!! It was a couple of days before i was able to get out and have a play with my new ‘toy’ and when i did i was very disappointed to find that the locking mechanism on the pistol gun wouldn’t work properly (i couldn’t get it to lock onto the extension or indeed the spray canister). I reached out to AVA’s customer services via email, the same contact i had with my initial inquiry, and let them know the problem i was having. They replied with some helpful(?) suggestions to try. They included immersing the tip/head of the locking mechanism of the pistol gun in some warm water, and to try gently gripping the locking ring in a vice while i then tried to wiggle the mechanism free. I tried both but unfortunately neither worked. So i reached out again and explained my disappointment. And this is where AVA customer service hit top marks… without hesitation they expressed their sincere apologies and sent me a replacement pistol straight away.!! The replacement arrived two days later and worked perfectly first time..!! I would have given my new AVA power washer a 5star score had it not been for the initial disappointment of the faulty pistol gun.

Delivery was really quick and the item i ordered - the steel reinforced hose is excellent. Doesn’t kink up or wind itself up annoyingly like inferior ones tend to do. The ability to extend the hose ii already have is really useful too.

Ordered the Premium Patio Cleaner
Ordered the Premium Patio Cleaner, simple and quick to place as usual. Delivery was very fast and on time. Not used the patio cleaner as yet, should be very good as the P80 Evolution Jet Washer that I have is the best that I've used, superb.
