Delivery needs more instruction
Loved doing everything easily online. Only problem was when it came time for delivery the delivery person said they couldn’t locate the address (2 times when trying to be delivered) when they were standing right in front of the location.

PUNY! Much smaller than what we paid for!
I paid a higher price to get a larger, full bouquet of flowers. What was delivered was nothing like what it was supposed to be. Much smaller and puny. We will not purchase here again!

The order was for a Sunday delivery but
The order was for a Sunday delivery but the order wasn’t delivered apparently the shop is closed on Sundays.Knowing this the customer should have been advised. Delivery was made day after event which was very disappointing and totally unacceptable.
