HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES VERY PROFESSIONAL
THEY CAME EARLY AND STARTED THE JOB RITE AWAY AND VERY CLEAN AND ALSO ANSWERED QUESTION REGARDING HOW THE PIPES WERE BEING INSTALL I WAS A LITTLE TO NOSY! BUT THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTION THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE WAY THEY LEFT THE HOUSE AFTER THERE JOB WAS DONE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ANYBODY! A+++ SERVICE!!

Bought IN HOME REPAIR
Bought IN HOME REPAIR Called to find what steps to file a claim.Because my problem was not on the list they kept telling me to call the water company.It is an in home problem with very low water pressure in the bathroom. Because it is not a leak they will not cover. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY SCAM ALERT

Be very careful
Be very careful. I didn't realize the price I was paying was just for the first year, after that the price more than doubles...so i tried to cancel. You cannot cancel online, even though you sign up online. So I called and the clerk asked if there were any issues in my home and i do have some light switches that need replacement...so he submitted a ticket and assured me they would call in 4 hours, they did not...NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME, so 8 days later I called to find out what happened and to cancel my subscription. They will try to offer the same price. If they can do this, then why are they increasing...this clerk, who was a bit too arrogant, who kept cutting me off...making contradicting statements...like," because you canceled, the electrician is canceled" when i called her out on that, she eventually said it was not canceled. The company is called "American"...not sure about that! Very disappointed. UPDATE...Finally got a call from someone in Washington state about setting up a technician...he barely spoke English...oh, and BTW, I am in Florida. Bet he was not in Washington OR USA. This is a scam.RUN FAST. Oh and just now, without speaking to me, they made an appointment...I don't not trust this and now they are bombing phone and text messages. I will find my own electrician, in my area that speaks English.

Persistence Pays Off
It took a series of sewer pipe snaking, jetting and camerawork to identify the cause of recurring sewer backups. A crew arrived yesterday morning and very efficiently excavated the sewer line where pvc attached to hundred year old terra cotta pipe. They removed the old pipe with roots and installed about 2 feet of new pipe. While this should solve my problem, I was surprised that they didn’t remove the remaining six-eight feet of terra cotta pipes so the entire line would be permanently fixed. The crew were on time, professional and did an excellent job of working around a nearby dogwood tree. Would be five star review if entire section of old pipe was replaced. I am happy that we have the American Water sewer coverage.

My hot water heater was leaking for a week before I realized it. AWR was able to get someone out on Tuesday and a new hot water heater was installed on Thursday. This home insurance program is the best and so much worth it!!

Impact plumbing came out same day and after assessing the job scheduled a day to come and fix the pipe that needed replacing. They were neat and clean with their work No mess.
