Great support
I ordered two summer sleep suits and a sleeping bag for my grandson but realised I had put the wrong size on the Sleepsuits ( pack of two). I emailed quickly and have had an email back from customer services to say my order has been amended and will be on its way shortly. Excellent service and I am very happy with the quality from MORI Thank you to the Customer Service team! 😊

My family adores our MORI products. When the zipper on my son's sleep sack broke, Grant from customer support was kind and attentive and immediately authorized sending through a replacement. I’ve been a loyal fan of MORI since my daughter was born. From her first days to now, at 6 months old, almost all of her clothes have been from MORI. The organic cotton is incredibly soft and comfortable—perfect for her sensitive skin—and the designs completely align with my aesthetic.I recently needed to cancel an order, and the customer service was just as exceptional as their products.
