Great customer service!

As soon as I placed my order, there was a discrepancy that needed attention. I emailed customer service and they replied immediately, corrected the issue and had my order shipped the same day. I’m impressed by their responsiveness! Can’t wait for my new bag to arrive!

Ordered a backpack which promised it…

Ordered a backpack which promised it would be delivered 3-5 days. Two weeks later I have heard nothing and had no response to multiple emails. Terrible service.

Terrible, Automated Customer Service

While one of the bags I purchased looks like it’s going to be great, I needed to initiate a return of the other bag. The return process requires you to click on an email link to discuss the return directly with them, which I did. I received an automated response from Zendesk and then heard nothing more one week later I sent another email advising them. This is my second outreach, and received a similar automated response from Zendesk. This is making me really regret not purchasing this on Amazon, where all I would have to do is click one button for a return. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone buying directly from the seller as unfortunate as it is to have to purchase from Bezos, at least I have some recourse as a buyer. Very disappointed.

Great purchase

I’ve ordered once from bagsmart and Im completely satisfied with my purchase (carry on luggage and backpack) my purchase qualified for a free a gift in which I did not receive. I reached out to “support” and was assisted quickly by Alicia and she helped me with my request, I am most definitely ordering from them again.

Wonderful Backpacks and Amazing Company

I am very impressed when the quality of Bagsmart backpacks and very impressed with the wonderful customer service. I reviewed several backpacks from Bagsmart and other companies. The Bagsmart backpacks won out on function everytime. When I needed support from customer service they responded very quickly with a workable solution. I will definitely recommend this company and its backpacks to my friends.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently received my Rolling Travel Backpack. It is a wonderful product, unfortunately, when I received it, there was a defect in the coloring of the bag that was very noticeable. My entire experience with customer service was amazing! I was not sure what my options would be and what was offered exceeded any expectations I had. Every single representative was kind, considerate and very prompt in their responses. They are providing me with a brand new product and the entire experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend Bagsmart for any of your travel needs. Thank you all for your help!

Customer service was awesome I had an…

Customer service was awesome I had an issue with a coupon code I reached out to customer support and they sent me a knew code that was double the original discount! The bag arrived in under a week and for the price is great well thought out design with useful features, highly recommend.

I contacted them because I could not set the TSA lock code on my 16 inch underseat bag.

I contacted them because I could not find the button to reset my TSA code. It took a few emails that would have helped except that the model I have was discontinued. I eventually found the way to do it and they did clarify some aspects in my search but basically I figured it out myself. I do give them 4 stars because they were very responsive to my questions.

Customer Service Done Right!

Bagsmart backs up their great products with great customer service! I messaged them with my problem and heard back from, not a meandering, clueless chatbox, but a real live person who resolved my issues to my total satisfaction within minutes. Smart products, smart service. Guess that's why they're called Bagsmart. :-)

The bag was exactly what I was looking…

The bag was exactly what I was looking for! Incidentally, I found the same bag on discount at a local store, so I got in touch with customer service about a return, and they were very helpful. Overall, a good experience, and I would purchase from Bagsmart again.
