I placed an order of 9 items and received in total 2 emails for shipping confirmation. In those itemized shipping confirmation emails, only 6 items are listed and they also are clearly labeled "Shipment 1 of 2" and "Shipment 2 of 2". When I check my overall order status on the website, it says everything shipped 1/28/2026 - and there is no separate listed shipping confirmation / tracking number for my missing 3 items. Okay. So of those 6 itemized items, I'm MISSING 2 of those. The box wasn't in great shape, but it wasn't ripped open or with gaping holes that the reasonable large missing items could have slipped out. In both instances, contacting Bas Bleu is easy - the first time. They respond to the first inquiry within 24 hours and apologize and say that their policy is to refund the missing items and they will recharge the same payment method before shipping out. For the original 2 missing items (with itemization), my last communication was Feb 1st (also the only response I ever received). You can better believe that my items have not been refunded and I definitely haven't received anything in the mail. (To be fair, they also haven't charged me again.) For the additional missing items (never itemized), my last and only communication for these was Feb 7th. Again, was never refunded. Never received confirmation that if I asked for the items to be shipped out that I wouldn't be charged additionally for shipping costs for something that was their mistake. I am missing over $100 in merchandise. Bas Bleu should never have re-opened operations - Terrible shipping times (over 2 weeks' time to ship out), terrible customer service, STEALING customer's money (seriously, read their Facebook reviews as of the reboot), not taking responsibility for their incompetency, not honoring their word, nor taking accountability for their actions or lack thereof.

I keep getting messages from Bas Bleu; when I try to "unsubscribe", I get an error message; I tried 15 times and there is no way to contact them.Very poor experience, I wish I had never bought something from them.

Back-ordered half of my order. 3 month wait time. I've written them over 6 times in the past 2 weeks about it and THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED EVEN ONCE! They are obviously incompetent. I really wonder how HONEST they are. They're certainly putting a real negative spin on my Christmas gifting experience.

Horrible experience. Ordered two books. One was never received and the other was cancelled without my knowledge. Still waiting to get my $$ back. Exceptionally unresponsive and at times extremely poor customer service: uncoordinated, unresponsive and very rude. I wanted to go here because they were a small business but never again. This place stinks and they are dishonest.

Called Bas Bleu on 10/28/25 and ordered two items. One for Christmas and one for birthday present in late November. I was told they both were on back order and would be ready to ship the first of November. I called 11/4/25 to make sure they were being sent and they informed me the items would not be available until the first of December which means the BD present will not arrive on time. Needless to say I will never order from Bas Bleu again since I can't trust them.

I did not like the packaging. I ordered pop up cards and they arrived bent. I will be able to use them, but it could have gone the other way if the package had been in worse condition. Also, I saw on the invoice that books I ordered were cancelled. I never received any notice from Bas Bleu letting me know. So, I don't know why it says cancelled or if the books might still arrive. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Placed two orders; both were "cancelled" with no notice given to me. Only found out they were cancelled when I followed up to get ship dates. This is not the first time this has happened
