Sent the wrong item- No Reply from them
Ordered a part made of steel. They sent the aluminum version which is cheaper. No response to inquiries on how to fix the issue.

Never ever ever purchase from Battle Steel
Purchased an item, but it did not fit. There are no instructions for returns. Messages sent twice through the website, twice via email, 1 phone message and 1 DM through facebook. No response of any kind. Clearly a scam. Do not use, Ever ever ever.

No Customer Service available
I ordered a switch from them after Christmas. I ordered the wrong one and since have been trying to get a hold of them to see how to return the switch and get the right one. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service and I have attempted to call their customer service number several times which sounds like a standard cellphone!!! It rings, nobody answers and a standard voicemail picks up!!! I am so upset! I spent $193 and can't get a hold of anybody from this company!!!!!
