Great help from support line
I had been using bcengi for a few weeks on US and then various countries in Central America. All went well. Went back to US and could not get online in California. Contacted Albi via the support line and he was able to advise, and guide me through the process of changing the ISP provider. Very impressed with his service via the chat.

Bcengi team is the best!
The Bcengi team is very helpful and very engaged. I have used this e-sim in at least 10 different countries in the last 10 months. In most cases I did not have to do anything to get online. Just landed in the airport, enabled the e-sim and it was working! However, this time I did not used for 2 months and had some troubles. But I contacted the support team and they accompanied me to restablish my e-sim. It worked fine! So grateful for their help :)

The best esim with customer support
I really love the fact that the credit does not expire after a month like the other providers such as nomad. I have used this esim in Thailand and India so far. Bear in mind it's data only. Customer support is very responsive as well

Efficient and low cost travel eSim
Got an eSim today. Flawless activation, just needed to add APN manually which was explained by support in 2 minutes. I later realized that the APN issue was explained in the welcome email which I failed to read.eSim worked immediately after APN was set.

I have encountered a few issues with…
I have encountered a few issues with downloading the esim on my phone as there was one already installed on my Motorola Edge 50 phone by the manufacturer. So I was connected by Bcengi with Albi and he helped me navigate toe entire process with ease. I was very happy with his help as I am leaving the country in 2 days and I was a bit nervous not having it up and running. He did a brilliant job at explaining everything to me and answered all my questions that I had. He is fantastic and has loads of patience if he had to deal with a complete nerve wreck like myself. :))I couldn't recommend him more. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to enjoy my piece of mind for the next few months away from home.

I wanted to transfer my esim from my old phone to my new one. The online help was very quick and effective. Transferring the old esim was not possible, but they issued a replacement instantly and it is now installed on my new phone
