What's not to love!

Service is fine
Delivery time has improved. SPF serum was gloopy and keeps sticking in the nozzle. Had it before and that didn’t happen.

Not Delivered
The products are excellent and have ordered constantly however Evri lets them down. I have only just contacted Beauty Pie to be fair and complained that l have not received my order which was not cheap. Evri did not send a picture or a Trac number to find out were my parcel is. I am waiting now for beauty pie to find out where my products are.But l would like to think beauty pie will issue a new order as l have paid for this . Evri is only as good as the driver ? Not sure who was my driver.

Absolutely terrible delivery service…
Absolutely terrible delivery service since the BP use Evri.Today my order was thrown over my fence by the Evri driver ( which I have cctv evidence of) . If you spend hundreds of pounds on an order, I do expect it to be delivered with a little bit more care.In addition the courier driver stood on a plant pot on my drive so he could throw the parcel over the fence - I now have a broken plant as well as a crushed delivery.
