Ordered from the UK. beauty the shop had the best price i could find for Creed Aventus Cologne. Package arrived in 10 days shipped from their store in spain. Well packaged genuine product and included some nice samples x2 creed and 1 ex nihilo along with some skin care samples. Will use them again without hesitation. No issues with duty or customs and nothing extra to pay

Not the genuine product!
I have had this perfume beforehand and was excited to receive the product from this company.However the perfume is not genuine it doesn't last 10 mins on me whereas the genuine perfume lasts 24 hours its usually amazing so l am very disappointed in my purchase.I have just sent an email to the company on their email to ask for a refund and my email bounced back stating their inbox is full. Probably with complaints about their product. I will continue to request a refund l am.determined not to be ripped off by this company. My advice is dont use them, purchase from reputable company's.

I ADVISE YOU NOT TO RISK BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP
My order was marked as delivered and even shows a signature, but I never received anything. No one rang my doorbell and the signature shown in the delivery confirmation is NOT mine.I contacted the company immediately to report that I did not receive my package. It has now been more than a week and I still have not received any response.I have paid for an order that I never received and the company has not even replied to my message. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing.At the moment I am left without my order and without any support.
