Customer Service above and beyond

Had a problem with a product that I bought through a third party company. Contacted Beauty Works direct with how to solve. Wow what amazing Customer Service throughout, I felt I was being listened to, I was dealt with as an individual and the situation was resolved super quickly. All my correspondence was through one person so no having to start to explain again, I was super lucky to have Freya helping me, a credit to your company.Delighted thank you.

Over a month and still no refund

Over a month and still no refund, contacted customer service and they said they will make it a priority and still nothing. Not sure If i would ever buy from this company again just too stressful.

Goods were returned as agreed through…

Goods that were purchased using ClearPay were returned as agreed through Evri. But, the tracker revealed non-delivery to Beauty Works and ClearPay were looking for payment of an instalment.Due to difficulties in resolving matters, I eventually was contacted by Lucy at Beauty Works who has been brilliant, apologetic, even though they were not at any fault, and has put in place measures to resolve all of the issues.Really appeciate the opportunity to speak to someone, much better than chatbox or AI.

Beware of postage charges

For the third time Evri have not delivered my order. Beauty works offer free delivery BUT also allow you to select and pay for delivery which appears to be quicker. This is very deceiving and underhand. How many additional £4.98’s do they pocket from customers thinking they are going to receive a faster service. I still don’t have my order after repeatedly messaging on WhatsApp and email. They are refusing me a refund. I will contact trading standards as I can’t be the only one to be treated the same way. I will order elsewhere in the future. * Beauty Works have contacted me to confirm they are looking into the postage issue on the website and have now refunded me , I had not previously been able to resolve the issue but Claudia has now assured me that it will be investigated *
