I absolutely loved the dress
I absolutely loved the dress, but it was too big initially I thought oh my goodness this is gonna be a hassle trying to get this dress returned, but Gloria emailed me right away, called me less than 72 hours and explain the return exchange policy overall I couldn’t fit the dress due to my negligence, but my experience was great

Quick customer assistance with return query.
Gloria rang up within the day of my email and was very clear and helpful with her great and only options for return policy. However, it would have been better though if the company offered to return my money as full refund back to my credit card and not as store credit that felt like a trap without any escape once you buy from this company and not as per purchase condition as the dress came in with instructions that it can be returned as long as the sash is not detached. I was expecting to get fully refunded as I am not sure if I need another dress anytime soon.

I was most impressed with the quality of the material and embellishments in an intricately sequined gown that I purchased and the ease with which customer support responded to and resolved a question I had related to my order. First class experience all around.
