The heater that I purchased is high…
The heater that I purchased is high quality very smart looking but is not suitable for me to use, it has to be fitted to a wall a good distance from floor level because it gets extremely hot and also big distance away from anything flammable like curtains so not suitable for where I wanted to put it. from ordering to delivery was perfect arrived very quick

Very pleased with my new designer…

Great customer service
I had a long-running issue with a couple of oil heaters I bought from BestHeating. They had a persistent manufacturing defect causing a noticeable noise when the display was on. While the product fault itself was frustrating and lasted a while, the customer service I received, especially from Holly, was absolutely amazing and completely turned the situation around.Holly was excellent from start to finish. Even when they were waiting on the manufacturer for a long time, Holly kept me updated and was proactive, eventually getting authorisation to send me replacements without waiting for the manufacturer's final word. She was incredibly flexible and happily arranged to send the new units before collecting the faulty originals, which was a huge help and so convenient.When the replacement units unfortunately had the exact same issue, Holly quickly sorted out the collection of the new ones so I could keep my original units, preventing unnecessary waste and offering a sensible solution. Despite the product issue, the high quality of service from Holly makes me happy to recommend BestHeating.
