Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. On my end it looked as if my bank was charging me twice. Even though Best Wig Outlet was correct in that they only charged once, the disregard and lack of care to help resolve my issue, and just the downright nastiness of the rep make me never want to purchase there again. I am thankful that I am not suffering from a disease like many are who purchase. If I were emotionally fragile while being treated the way I was I would have been extremely sad.

Think Twice
This company has made excuses about why they will not fulfill my order due to a preposterous response about a first come, first serve basis. Even if they are not the "only company" ordering from a manufacturer, they have a responsibility to notify the customer. Also, they said they were going to cancel the order, and when I checked with my bank, they did not refund me. This is unethical and the bank will continue to check to ensure the refund has been made.

Do not buy from this wig company they…
Do not buy from this wig company they will not refund your money back. The wig I got was a Raquel wealth wig I paid extra to have it delivered but never got it within 5 to 7 business days. Came after two weeks not in 5 days as it states on website when promised. When I got the wig it smelled awful and it didn’t even look the same as the web sight. This product came from China and was in poor condition. There customer service is awful…please please be aware about this web sight false advertising and will not honor to give me my money back. Very bad website. It may look good but don’t expect to receive what you order. Be aware not a reputable merchant. Stay local in the USA

The wig I received looks NOTHING like…
The wig I received looks NOTHING like the photo. I called customer service and was told no exchanges or refunds. I just want one that looks like what I think I'm buying. HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE depiction of products. DO NOT BUY.

Not the same wig!
I purchase the same wig over and over. I was happy to see it at a discount in my style and color! When I received the wig, it was NOT the same as the other 6 that I have purchased from other sellers!! It was so different that I questioned if it is authentic. I was told it is authentic but it's so different that I don't know how it can have the same name! I said I'd send it back to the manufacturer and was told they will not accept it and not to try. Hmmmm. I guess it doesn't pay to try to get a discount! No returns. No refund. I knew that but thought it was safe because I knew what I was buying. Lesson learned.

I have ordered from this company…
I have ordered from this company several times and have not had a problem at all. I have gotten 100% complete satisfaction with the wigs. I can only give you my experience. I love my wigs!

If I could rate this company a ZERO i would
If I could rate this company a ZERO I would! I ordered a wig and a week later they canceled my order. They said in one email that they tried twice to get me by phone and left voicemails. In another email from them, they said they tried to call ABOUT 4 times and left voicemails. I am a cancer patient and needed that wig for my grand daughter’s wedding. There was no email saying to watch for verification calls, no voicemails were left on MY phone (maybe some were left at a different number). And I’m still not understanding why an address verification call would be coming a whole week after it was ordered. I’m so disappointed and will NEVER order from them or recommend this company !!!!

Beach wave magic
Beach wave magic. Color as expected. Because i loved the color I tried it on. I immediately knew it was preworn as the ends felt like horsehair and was matted. As I tried to fix it with washing and conditioning it got worse. Also neckline had been cut about 1" short. You cant get a wide tooth comb though it before or after conditioning. Also it won't curl at all even though it was heat friendly. This was maybe seconds? Buyer beware!

Received my wig in a timely manner
Received my wig in a timely manner. The color did not disappoint, it was almost true to the website advertisement. Couple of problems. 1. Cap too tight with no room for expansion. 2. When on, my head immediately started to sweat and itch. 3. The front hairline only looks good when the hair is falling in your face. Right side front bang lay flat, no way to arrange it. 4. In order to give the wig height, the manufacturer chopped the roots until it felt like a brillo pad. There wasn't enough hair to cover the roots. so sad, I really loved the look in the photo. BUG in the wig
Ordered pretty please style by raquel ; I put the wig on and it felt itchy for some reason; I pull the wig off and a bug flew out ; I am disgusted and itchy - I wrote to them for a refund even though all sales are final - we will see. I dont know
