Thought it was a great offer
Thought it was a great offer, often getting 90% off as I can't usually afford full price. I thought I cancelled the subscription before promotion ended, but I suppose not. They then take the £100 away and I can't afford food, letting them know this but they refuse to care and will only blame me. When any other app or subscription I apply for, they will cancel it on the day for me and refund it if it gets forgotten. As obviously the app hasnt been used. I'd look elsewhere for better fitness subscriptions where support will actually help you.

The item I ordered was out of stock
The item I ordered was out of stock. I reached out because I had not received an update as to why it was taking such an unusual amount of time for it to be processed and delivered. I reached out to customer support and they immediately provided an update and allowed me to change my order. Once I did that. My item of choice was shipped. Faster shipping would be nice.
