Next day delivery never made it
Next day delivery never made it. Had to go elsewhere for the item. They then had the audacity to say under a good will gesture they would give a refund in 24 hours after complaining about there 5 day policy refund.Never again!!!

Customer service great
Customer service great, took 3 deliveries to get a non smashed basin which must of cost a lot, so better packaging from the start may have been more economical..

Excellent products and service
Really happy with the products I ordered and the service received when I needed to return just one of them as it wasn't needed in my new bathroom. The items I did keep look great and are of excellent quality. I would use Big Bathroom Shop again and have recommended the company to friends and family.

Excellent Customer Service aftercare
What sets a company apart is when the aftersales service is superb. Had an issue with a product 3 years down the line and whilst still under warranty, you never know how a company are going to handle the issue. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda who was exemplary - responsive and efficient, sorting my problem out with a replacement product and appropriate reimbursement - couldn't be more impressed. Highest recommendation to use these guys if you want to feel secure for not only your purchase but for any future issues. Keep up the great work!
