Disappointing
I spent $100 on this book, and unfortunately it does not meet expectations. It feels as though it was put together in haste. The content is not in-depth and only covers six zodiac signs (Sun, Moon, Rising, Mercury, Venus, and Mars), which is far less than I anticipated for a personalized natal chart book.Additionally, the writing contains frequent grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. The overall presentation feels unpolished, which takes away from the value of a product that should feel both personalized and professional.On top of that, the book arrived in defective physical condition. The first page is poorly bound, nearly detached, and adhered to the inside cover with glue residue.I am deeply disappointed in both the quality and the condition of this book.

My daughter’s 33 Birthday gift. Love the personal horoscope on candle. Lots of fun and interesting information too. Quite close to her personality. Scent so light and fresh. Made in America with care. Coconut and soy wax will be a better burn.

Ordered 2 candles. Only 1 shipped to me. After a couple of Emails and a threat of getting an attorney involved they shipped me what I paid for. Will never order from tis place again and I recommend you don’t

Garbage of a company Birthday Candle Co
Garbage of a company. Stay away. Asked to correct a time On personalized birthday book. Simon in customer service said " too bad" and my friend can enjoy a book that is 120 dollars and wrong.Do not order from this company unless you want to be sad and disappointed this Holiday season.

Disappointed in candle size
I am very disappointed in the Birthday Candle. I bought it as a gift for my daughter who is very much into horoscopes. It is much smaller than what appears in the ads. Yes, it has all the information printed on the candle but it is so small it is practically unreadable. Only good thing is that it does smell good.

Very poor quality, chain broke after 1 use
Very poor quality given how much I paid and the material they claimed that they used.Bought a necklace for my sister’s birthday. She loved it, the design and everything! However, the chain itself broke after first time of use. We thought it was coincidence, she fixed it, then from another part of the chain, it broke again. That is a poor quality issue that the company should really work on improving. I paid over $160 for a necklace and only got to wear it once. That’s extremely ridiculous and my sister is very disappointed. The one star is for the beautiful design.

I bought a birthdate candle for my…
I bought a birthdate candle for my friend’s birthday. It states 3-4 days for processing and 2 for shipping. It’s been 6 days and it still hasn’t even left their warehouse. They continue to lie to me and side step saying they shipped it (no they didn’t, the tracking number reflects that) and then try to cover up their lies when they get caught. Now this won’t arrive in time for my friend’s birthday and I have to find something else last min.
