Delivery mishap - great coat
Put an order in on 24th March, order dispatched. Was suppose to arrive on 27th/28th, but it arrived on 1st April. There were a few days when I had no idea what happened, but its here now and a great coat for a bargain price.

Poor communication and service
I ordered 2 tents ( same make and model) and 2 camping mattresses. After a few days I got an email to say they could not fulfil 2 tents as only had one in stock. Only received 2 mattresses - still had no communication regarding one tent I was expecting - only realised it was not coming when I saw I had had a refund for it on my card. Takes too long to get goods delivered. Ordered 2 tents from ligo and received next day ( and no delivery charge)

Good service
Was served by Mel on the morning of Tuesday 24 March 2026. Mel noticed that I was looking at walking boots and quickly came to assist me. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Having tried on many pairs and a good hour later, I purchased a pair of walking shoes/boots.Mel fully informed me of Black's return policy, which was very much appreciated.The whole experience was a pleasure and I would definately go there again.

Really pleased with my daughter’s new…
